A stunning iron and gilded brass console table found in France having a shaped top created of ebonized timber.

 

A handsome William and Mary style burl walnut console/side table from England c. 1895. This very attractive table features a top surface that has panels of burl walnut defined by a narrow strip of herringbone inlay. Please notice that the four panels of burl walnut are bookmatched-meaning they fold open like the pages of a book and display similar graining.
